A legal disclaimer
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all clients of Cherry Luxe, a beauty studio specialising in cosmetic lip blush, brow artistry, and Korean lash lifts. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
All clients must be 18 years or older for cosmetic tattooing services. Proof of age may be requested at the time of your appointment. Before and after photos may be taken for portfolio, marketing, and educational purposes. You may opt out of photography use by informing your artist prior to treatment.
Full payment is due on the day of your appointment. We accept eftpos or correct amount of cash, and all prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available once a treatment has been performed. If you experience any adverse reaction, please contact Cherry Luxe immediately for support and follow-up care.
All treatments are performed at the client’s own risk and with informed consent. Cherry Luxe and its staff are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions.
Finally, Cherry Luxe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website or upon request.
Consultations
A consultation is required prior to all cosmetic tattoo services. Consultations allow us to assess your suitability, discuss your expectations, and plan your treatment. If you have not had a consultation, you must book one before scheduling your service. Clients who book cosmetic lip blush without a prior consultation and are later deemed unsuitable for the procedure by the artist will forfeit their deposit. This policy ensures the safety and satisfaction of every client and cannot be negotiated.
Deposits
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the loss of your deposit, and repeat no-shows may be required to pay in full before rebooking.
Arriving to your appointment on time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled, with your deposit forfeited.
Medical conditions, Medications & Allergies
It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your appointment. Certain conditions may prevent treatment or require a doctor’s clearance. For your safety and to ensure the best results, Cherry Luxe reserves the right to refuse service if the artist determines you are not a suitable candidate. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the outcome of your treatment and will not be the responsibility of Cherry Luxe.
Results
Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Aftercare guidelines will be provided and must be followed to achieve the best outcome. While we take every care in performing your treatment, we cannot guarantee results or offer refunds based on individual healing or colour retention. Touch-up sessions for cosmetic tattooing are highly recommended and should be booked 6–12 weeks after the initial procedure. These touch-ups are not included in the initial service price unless stated otherwise.
